Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard (3-5 business days): $7.95 — Free on orders over $75
• Expedited (2 business days): $19.95
• Overnight (1 business day): $34.95

4. PO Box Delivery

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Select "Standard Shipping" at checkout for PO Box delivery. Expedited and overnight options may not be available for PO Box addresses.

5. APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may be longer due to military mail handling. Select "Standard Shipping" for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Hawaii and Alaska

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska with an additional surcharge of $5.00 per order. Delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

7. Duties and Taxes

For shipments within the United States, applicable state and local sales taxes are collected at checkout. No additional duties or import taxes apply to domestic shipments.

8. Delay Disclaimer

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, contact [email protected].

9. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website. No account is required to receive tracking information.

11. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Contact [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order to request an address correction.
