Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects for body care tools and accessories (e.g., soap dishes, bath accessories). Consumable products (soaps, lotions, mists, bath bombs, deodorants) are not covered by warranty due to their nature.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo. We will evaluate your claim within 5-7 business days and provide instructions for returning the item if needed.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our option: (a) repair the item; (b) replace the item with the same or a comparable product; or (c) issue a refund for the purchase price.

5. Non-Transferable

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from JOHN VARELIX LLC is required.

6. Extended Warranty

We offer a 90-day extended warranty period for products registered through your account. Registration is optional and does not affect your standard warranty coverage.

7. Paid Repairs

For issues outside warranty coverage, we offer paid repair services on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for an estimate.

8. Shipping for Warranty Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning warranty items to us. We cover return shipping for replacement items. See our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Limitations

This warranty is in addition to, not in lieu of, any rights you may have under state law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. See also our Terms of Service Section 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties).
